This web site will be transferred to the HOA at some point and at their option to be a functional tool and information source for condo owners.
Complete a brief signup and a Home Team Representative will take it from there.
Reservation Agreement Form Print out our on-line form, fill in the blanks, and fax to (208) 327-3565.
Condo reservations are subject to current availability and are not confirmed until the reservation agreement is signed by Seller/Owner and $500 has been accepted by Selling Broker for deposit in Selling Broker's real estate trust account.
IMPORTANT....Seller will consider all reservation agreements on a first come, first served basis in chronological order documented by date of receipt of completed forms via physical delivery to House of Brokers Home Team office address, fax to above number, or email via on-line electronic signup form or scanned document. Signed reservation agreements accompanied by a $500 deposit will take priority over on-line signups in the event of duplicate same-day reservations on the same available condo unit.
AGENCY POLICY: It is the written policy of House of Brokers Home Team, the seller's broker and representative, to practice "single agency" representation only. This means that the broker or agent for broker at House of Brokers Home Team will represent the seller as a client. If you are working directly with a representative of our sales and marketing department, you will be our customer.
